Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual style and body type. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including materials, fit, and styling options. Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling to ensure a positive shopping experience. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a boutique setting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
